SUPIR is getting lots of praise for its ability to upscale. It uses the newer SDXL model to restore detail while StableSR, developed earlier, uses the older SD2.1 model.
I'm curious if any of those involved in this project had thoughts about how the planned SDXL model of StableSR may have stacked up against the results SUPIR has been demonstrating?
