  • fix spacer usage de7bb19
  • sanity check on startup: make sure there are no existing plot nodes
  • use SliceLogic to set the offset correctly to the native spacing (see sliceUpdate function in the GUI code)
  • check on turning off the side column (if we want that)

This was tried adequately during development, however, no option was found.
