In quantitative analysis of UKF tractography data, we find some small number of tensors with negative eigenvalues. Discussion with Yogesh indicates this may mean that tractography is either a) only stopping with negative eigenvalue 1 and not checking the other eigenvalues or b) not removing the final tensors with negative eigenvalues after tracking stops.
