Augment CGMES specific optional columns for pypowsybl network elements

• What is the current behavior?
  Currently user can only see the index of the tables which contain CGMES UUID and that too not for buses, similarly other parameters which would be intresting for the user to know/change is the "in_service" , "synchronous component" columns which could be set either True or False by the user("in_service") and synchronous_component will let user know which island does this element belong to.

• If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem

• What is the expected behavior?

The line df gets a column called UUID which relates the line directly with CGMES and is not present in index column similarly another column could be "in_service" and "synchronous_component"

The same info has to be extended to all relevant element dfs of network

• What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
  Enhancing user friendliness and making interface more transperent both between CGMES as well as powsybl Network
