可以为每组hosts打标签，相同标签的各组互斥，这样启用一组，同一标签的其它组自动失效，环境比较多的时候很有用。否则还不如写个脚本方便。

@ppoffice 我自己修改增加去广告的域名
每次打开软件都会被自动清空

现在程序有一些Bug，目前的做法是你在修改了某个host文件之后手动点下侧边栏，触发保存。
最近太忙了，没时间填坑，还请谅解:joy:
