Add option to change parser starting rule

I think its a good idea to change the parser starting rule. This allows for faster experimentation of very specific settings where the grammar has a lot of rules.

If peggy had an api to iterate/list through grammar rules it would be easy to implement this as the user will not to manually type the starting rule but rather select one from a list.
