Almost every option has a summary, even though most of them are self-explanatory. For example, an option with the title "Test base vibration pattern" obviously "Lets my device vibrate in the base vibration pattern now", explaining this in detail does not offer any new information to the user. As a user (especially the first time I installed the app), I had to spend some time to read a kind of redundant summary: I had already understood the functionality of the option from the title alone, but the fact that there even was a summary made me think that the option was more complicated than it seemed (which it wasn't), making me re-read something I had already understood.

I was also thinking that the "Repeat a special vibration pattern for the hours" option could be simplified. The title is so long that it doesn't fit on my screen (5", portrait), and the description, while on point, is too a bit long for an option description.

Not that these points are bad, I'm just sharing my opinion on how the UX could be improved a bit 😄

I could also try making a PR when I have some time (if you agree)?

Thanks for the feedback and ideas!

Now that I look at it, I agree that at least the summaries of the 'Test' preferences are redundant. Looking back, I think I just added these summaries as a habit 😄.

Maybe the 'Vibrate during Do Not Disturb' mode doesn't need a summary either? On one hand the summary is largely the same as the title, but it does clarify that it is talking about the Do Not Disturb mode on your phone, and that it will vibrate even if it's on. Maybe we could change that title to 'Vibrate during DND', so the title is easier to read, the summary is less redundant and both the full name and the common acronym are mentioned.

As for the 'Repeat a special vibration pattern for the hours' option, I fully agree that it should be simplified, however I can't seem to think of a way to explain it clear and simple. If you could help with that, that would be greatly appreciated 👍.

If you'd be willing to make another PR for this, that would be very helpful, since I don't have much time right now. However if you don't find the time to do so, I will get to it eventually 😄.

I too agree that the summary of "Vibrate during Do Not Disturb" might be redundant. And, while shorter, changing the title to "Vibrate during DND" might be a bit confusing since I believe most people won't know what DND means. However, "Do Not Disturb" or simply "silent" might be better options: "Do Not Disturb" is very descriptive by itself, and "silent" is what the users are already used to, and both options won't require an extra description to understand what the option is doing 😉

(BTW even if "DND" is the official name and "silent" refers to older Android versions, DND practically is silent; I personally prefer "Do Not Disturb" but I'm just noting "silent" for completeness 😄)

Ok! If I find some time before you do I may make a try to close this 😉 Just to be sure, what is the the procedure to remove a summary? Do I just remove it from the source language, en, or I also have to delete the string of the other translations as well? Does weblate recognize the removal and handle it automatically?
