How to change cluster_partition_handling in rabbitmq cluster deployed in kubernetes

Hello!

We use rabbitmq operator 3.6.6. I wanted to deploy the following cluster

The cluster is up and running but settings from additionalConfig are not applied.

Why? And how to fix that?

It turned out that these settings are applied to a file located at /etc/rabbitmq/conf.d/90-user Defined Configuration.conf. The documentation is a bit confusing.
