Unable to install Ruby 3.1+ on PopOS/Ubuntu 22.04

I'm trying to install both Ruby 3.1.4 and 3.2.2 but I get segmentation faults when trying to compile them:

I've installed the build commands as listed in the wiki

Well, I just installed 3.2.2 on a clean install of PopOS 22.04 on another machine, so time to investigate 😬

So it looks like I have a hardware issue, not an issue with software, so going to close this
