$ rhoas service-registry rule enable

Enabling "validity" rule with configuration "full" for the artifact with ID "jfd"
❌ Artifact with ID jfd not found

This validation should happen inline. Now the user must go through every question again.

Also, would it be possible for this to be a list of artifacts instead of free text?
