I reccently often found this warnings, triggered by gromosSystem executions.:

sh: 0: getcwd() failed: No such file or directory
sh: 0: getcwd() failed: No such file or directory
sh: 0: getcwd() failed: No such file or directory
sh: 0: getcwd() failed: No such file or directory
sh: 0: getcwd() failed: No such file or directory
sh: 0: getcwd() failed: No such file or directory

I think there should be a workaround somehow.

Did you get anywhere with it? I don't even know where they are coming from. Maybe redirecting stdout like so:
