Welcome to the fnirs-apps-sourcedata2bids wiki!
- Make code changes and ensure that PR tests return green
- Increase version number in py
- Increase tool version in json
- Increase image version in json
- Create new GitHub release which makes a tag
- Wait for image to be built
- Run
bosh publish -y --zenodo-token <token> fnirsapp_sourcedata2bids.json --replace - Push local version to GitHub as PR. It will contain a new DOI in json. Wait for CI to go green
- Go to https://github.com/rob-luke/fnirs-apps-demo and update the bosh version number and ensure tests pass
