Random white wallpaper

Randomly, the wallpaper turns complete white and shows a 'picture not found' icon in the top left corner.

To Reproduce
Because it happens randomly, i can't describe how to reproduce the error.

Expected behavior
The background should remain the current one instead of just being white.

Desktop

• OS: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro 10.0.22631 Build 22631
• A custom wallpaper was running at the moment

Additional context
I was also using TranslucentTB (a program to make your taskbar invisible).
You can solve the error by reselecting the custom wallpaper or closing them.
