Make top hat drives and turns decelerate as it gets closer to the BW. This’ll allow more consistent stops at desired locations on the line. Would make aligns more reliable.

We should just generally have the robot decelerate any time it stops. Otherwise, the robot may "jump" on a sudden change of direction.
