While doing basically nothing, Nibbler's RAM usage seems to gradually increase.

Anyone know how to debug memory leaks in Electron / Chrome?

Maybe not, I guess it stabilises eventually.

In the stats (e.g. the following) should I just ignore the RSS number and focus on the heap?
