Currently this is too minimal to be a good template.

It's as small as possible, and the point is just so that a Crater Run will pick the repo up and show the break.

However, in time it would probably be appropriate to mark this as a template if the repository were expanded to an actual high quality starting point.

So I'll leave this issue open as a long term goal i suppose.
