Sandboxie game performance 300% increase, and steam compatybility

Well back to whats mostly when run not sandboxes LOL, see #3977

Adding
DisableWinNtHook=WaitForSingleObject
DisableWinNtHook=ReleaseSemaphore
DisableWinNtHook=SetEvent
DisableWinNtHook=ClearEvent
below
DisableWinNtHook=YieldExecution
in the Templates.ini

You can also put it in the sandboxie.ini under [GlobalSettings] it wont work in any other section
and you need to stop and start the driver for this to take effect

improved performance from 30 FPS to 90 in CP 2077

One can also use SysCallLockDown=y to the same end or even better, but at the risk of some incompatibility.

Also I got latest Steam working when sandboxed just fine with this one line:

SpecialImage=chrome,steam.exe
