Build AWS infrastructure

Getting started with CDK

Build fat-jars for all Lambda functions

./gradlew shadowJar

Go to the infrastructure/AWS CDK module

cd infrastructure

Synthesize AWS CloudFormation template

cdk synth

Deploy AWS CloudFormation stack

cdk bootstrap # for first-time use
cdk deploy
