As a user I would like to see the IRods root collection path for my samples so that I can find my sequencing data.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Add a new column to the Sample Tracking view in the database named "IRods Root Collection Paths"
  • Each row should contain the distinct concatenated strings from the table seq_product_irods_locations.irods_root_collection
  • Confluence page description of the report and view should be updated to include the new column
  • Sanity check: It is expected that if a sample has been sequenced there should be an entry in this column.

Additional Info
An example query that pulls back the IRods path is here.

I think the Confluence page needs the IRods Root Collection Paths column adding.
