he current design imports the SemanticDomains and SemanticDomainTree collections when the database is first created. These collections should be updated whenever The Combine software is updated so that corrections or new translations for the semantic domains are included without manual steps.

A possible implementation is to use a helm post-install hook to run the script that updates the semantic domains. This will run every time the helm chart is updated. This would require the ability to run the helm upgrade on our self-hosted runner rather than just update the image tag.
