Remove SOO content from SO3

SO3 should be independent from SOO. Let's remove files from SO3 used exclusively for the SOO project

Removing SOO components as discussed turns out to be difficult since there are too close relationships and interactions with the kernel. I propose finally to keep the core kernel of SOO in SO3 with the refso3 MEs familiy. This is also mainly driven by the fact that we will probably not develop furthermore the migration concept of SOO, but will put more emphasis on SO3 container space as we are doing with EMISO.
