Can't select system images due to compatible HW Profile missing #1

I'm not sure if it's my AS but by default I only had one HW profile which had the Play Store enabled:

Therefore when selecting it I couldn't see the Snapp Automotive images.

The way I resolved it is by cloning the HW profile. That cloned one doesn't have Play Store enabled.

Just mentioning in case somebody has the same issue.
