Often you will need help that goes a little beyond just answering issues. Sometimes there are people who need us to help provide small customizations and perhaps even do the build. We can do that.

We are not talking about custom builds but rather customizations that you as a customer may be having problems with. We are MORE THAN HAPPY to help with this; any problem you may have is a problem we want to solve.

And if your customization is something that other people are having problems with, it only helps us build a better product.

This is out 'custom build' level. Sometimes customers want something to meet their specific needs and don't have the knowledge or the staff to get it done. More often, they just need someone to configure their build.

And often this is a 'one time fee' that people will opt-in for and then opt-out (which is why we put it at $50).

Even if you are paying one time to get this build done, it still helps to support the project. And we want to keep the cost low enough so that anyone can afford to get a custom build.
