Bifrost is a platform for managing and sharing data analysis for microbial data. Right now it's built around analysis of Illumina reads against a set of pipelines (components), all currently focused on QC and annotation, then storing them into a mongoDB backend. This database can be visualised using our front end based on dash. Documentation is currently very poor and not up to date. If you're interested in setting this up please contact [email protected].

Still subject to changes but should be a stable version to be developed on. I say subject to change as I'm still sorting out devops on it and deciding how we should be managing the code base.
