some of the nodes are missing into explorer, compared to the core dev list.

The reason is some of the endpoint request timeouts.
such as /node/peers, node/info and etc, it causes data missing or didn't get the data.

I will suggest we should using port 7900 direct requests for the API / Peer nodes.
