I know we originally settled on MySQL/MariaDB.

I have not had much time to create and host the Database and SQL

I feel like most people would know

MariaDB, MySQL
Prisma, PostgreSQL
SQlite
Mongoose/MongoDB
SQL Server

Some cloud DB services too...

I will entertain ideas or start a poll.

Keep in mind the host is a HP DL360 G7 with 32gb RAM and 2tb disk space.
