Fail to install J‎5.1.0 astroid-package-v3.0.14.Framework-Template.zip

I want try out astroid-framework

I have clean installed Joomla! version is 5.1.0

I try install astroid-package-v3.0.14.Framework-Template.zip as is described in documentation and it fail miserably

then I install successfully only astroid-framework-3.0.14.zip

But it seems can't work only with this.

So I again try to install astroid-package-v3.0.14.Framework-Template.zip

and now i get error

An error has occurred.
0 define() expects at least 2 arguments, 1 given

I had the same issue today. You probably need to address this, otherwise, newcomers will continue to have problems and might frequently ask this question or search for it online. How was I supposed to know that I also needed to download your plugin? In the Assets section, there are only 'astroid-framework-3.0.15.zip', 'astroid-package-v3.0.15.Framework-Template.zip', 'astroid-quickstart.zip', and 'source code'. This information is not mentioned in the 'How to install' section
