Choose of a target for anchor tag

Hi,

I would like to have the possibility to choose a target for a anchor tag. (Link Target: You can choose a type of link target (Default, New window, Parent frame, Full body of the window).)
Examples

1. Social Profiles with the social icons (No target) : Stay in same navigation tab with my logon icon
2. Image Group Widget item (target=_blank): So I can navigate in a new tab when navigate to external website
3. Other places where I want to navigate internally or externally to my website

Use the same Link Target as for the Icons Widget
