"Read more" in joomla 4 & Template Two is not working as it should #709
Comments
Let's set introtext show and readmore hide. It will work |
Good morning!
I just tried and here's the result:
If I set : set introtext show and readmore hide: I get all the articles to show on 1 column instead of 4, which is required.
The "read more " works and cuts the text where I want, but when I click on the read more link, it shows the whole text of the article, where I want to show only the text after the read more..
So how do I program to see my 4 columns on the blog page, and when I click on the read more, I see the text below the read more in the article?
Thanks!
Marc

Hi everyone, I did some testing and tried the Jollyany template and all works as it should. Template Zero also. Template One also. So I went and tried to see if there was a setting that I've put in the two template that was different than in the others, I did not find anything different. Thanks! |
Hi, I've been testing the Two template and really like it.
I stumbled on a behavior that works on Cassiopea, but not on Two.
I have a set of articles in a blog view and if I set an article with a "Read More" button + Show Intro Text to No, the intro text does not show on the blog page at all (in Cassiopea, it shows, as designed). I need this to work because I have Div's in the articles and the "Read More" function does not work well with Div's.
What should I do??
Thanks,
Marc
