Off canvas to be separately from Header

So There are projects where I do not really need header at all, but on mobile I need mobile menu, so in my current project I used offcanvas for this, but if I disable header offcanvas also gets disabled, so I was forced to enable header, but one by one disable other parts of header, make it not visible at all so it is quite a struggle. Also I have pretty long code related to header, which still can be seen via inspect element.
Is there possibility to make Offcanvas usable even if we disable header section from template settings?
