Change after save model and reload

Hi,

I have a simple model see attachment 1 and after I save and reload the model it changes to attachment 2. Why is the connection changed from one End to have two at other End? - also it should not be allowed to have two input?.

After save the XML looks like this:

Seems the xml is lost in the view - but problem is illustrated in the two attachments
