Features & Improvements

Fix header layout problem (remove header on show pages)
Allow robots to crawl
Build global fallback data for program pages
Change program page generation to be based on the node API
Do not display program page if boolean flag isn't checked on the show
Refactor program page with re-usable components
Add a button in program to explore rest of site (or season?)
Do not display "other shows this season" if no more future shows in the season
