Feature Request: Easily package up 3rd-party package-objects (like all groups & settings of ClientConfig)

I was looking for a possibility to build a transport-package easily for all my ClientConfig-settings/-groups,
so I searched in Google for modx transport package "clientconfig" and I landed on:

If I understand that correctly, in Fred you can configure this part ("theme settings") and it will automatically pack up all objects of ClientConfig - is this correct?

Can we please get this functionality in GPM?

I currently have 19 ClientConfig-Groups and 321 ClientConfig-Settings, that I would love to somehow extract into a transport-package.
