The documentation specifies how to restore from the latest backup using the backup.pgBackRest value, but it does not specify to restore from a specific backup that is not the latest. Is doing so supported by this chart?

you could try to restore with the command:

pgbackrest --stanza=poddb --set=20240108-021507F restore
