Cookie not needed

I just set the cookie to '' and it still worked for the example in the README.

We should update the documentation if the project becomes active again

I ran into an issue that seems to be fixed when the cookie is removed from the request: #39

On my bing instance on edge, I didn't even have a _U cookie - which lead me to find that

export BING_COOKIE='nothing'

will work just fine. :-)
