Panda Wireless Driver works on Fedora proper, but not on Aurora #1436

Describe the bug

Panda Wireless isn't recognized in Aurora DX after installation.

BUT - if you are installing it - the installer recognizes it because I was able to configure the wireless connection using the installer.

After install - not recognized.

"new" but related to this after new info:
#1167 (comment)

What did you expect to happen?

Wireless to work.

Output of rpm-ostree status

No response

Output of groups

No response

Extra information or context

working in fedora

@castrojo I'd be willing to send hardware over to test. I'm on telegram same handle, just dm a PO box or location if you want.
