As a potential User, I would like to test this suite without having to modify my locally installed applications. One might not want to install docker on his/her local machine.

Using Vagrant is a very easy way to create a reproducible and therefore testable System for this suite.

It would be really cool if we could test current changes with the vagrant setup.
