Part of https://github.com/SUSE/spacewalk/issues/18940

Bootstrap 5 doesn't use the -xs- versions of colum modifiers (the base style col-N provides the same functionality as col-xs-N), so we can drop those after the migration is complete. We've already added backstops for these classes in #8756.
