T5i Canon stopped being recognized.

• Camera manufacturer and mode: Canon EOS T5i
• Camera Live version: 11

Describe the bug
My camera Live 11 was working fine and stopped today and I can't get it to recognize the T5i. I've tried alternate (12 and 13) and then reinstalled 11 but still didn't work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. See error

Expected behavior
When the camera is plugged in, it still reads "no camera"
