I completed working on the enricher. #17 (comment)

Most of the work was similar to gitlabqm but there was only one difference. I have considered using review comments (review_comments_data) as it made more sense to use and it is also followed in the github2 (github comments) enricher.

The metrics implemented are

• number of issues created
• number of issues closed
• number of pull requests created
• number of pull requests closed
• number of pull requests merged
• number of issue comments
• number of review comments
• number of issues attended
• number of pull requests reviewed
