In app-stg at least, cannot create CSP github censuses, receiving an invariant failed error

Edit: after checking it with develop, which works, I understand we just need to deploy them for stage and lts (?)

LTS: wait until STG is working properly and solved the DO problems.

AFAIK no because #464 happened with censuses other than CSP.
