Vote count should not be shown for approval or multi-choice votings, but the voters instead.

The following process is a voting where 3 people voted. Between them, they selected 5 different options, but this does not mean these options are different votes, which is what we can understand now since we're showing it this way:

This one is a multichoice voting with a single abstain vote (should show one voter, again the 4 votes does not make sense):

For special votes where we're limited to a single question (like approval or multi-choice), we should only be showing the number of voters, not the total of votes.
