Is there an option that allows me to host the server and the plugin just send data to the main server?

What do you mean by just sending the data to the main server?

I mean like a host server and the servers running the plugin securely send the data so it can be displayed and monitored.

Backend server (bukkit/velocity/etc) ----> HOST SERVER (pure php or java or etc)

I explored this and it is possible.

The backend server will send the metrics to an influxdb instead of a prometheus server scraping the backend server endpoint.

More details will follow soon!
