Pass command line arguments to deploy script

I would like to pass arguments to deploy script it self.
For example when I deploy a token I want send this token to 20 addresses, I would pass this 20 addresses as array in CLI
or actually in CI script doing this. Would it be possible to pass arbitrary data like this with CLI calls?
