No Control Over Playback Quality

Since iOS interacts with Wistia via the WistiaKit SDK, we cannot arbitrarily modify the URL parameters. Doing so would require forking the WistiaKit SDK or submitting a pull request to their public git repo. There is a small list of customizations available, but it is not anywhere near the customization options provided by the Wistia Embed API.
