Nas에서 ChatGee 돌릴때 설치 과정중 에러

아래 항목에서 사진과 같이 에러가 뜨면서 패키지 설치가 되지 않습니다.
에러 메세지는 이렇게 뜨는데 뭐가 문제일까요

7. ChatGee 실행 준비

컨테이너의 셸에서 다음 명령을 실행하여 필요한 패키지를 설치합니다:

cd /app
pip install -r requirements.txt
