Perhaps the answer is already useless for the author of the question, but I'll explain what's wrong with the project for the rest of the people out there
You misunderstood the project logic
The saveImgPath parameter is responsible for the path of the resized image, not for the final result
You need also to stitch the patch flows and convert result to the image as described in the README file
