你好，能不能在视频播放的时候，根据视频播放的开始时间实时移动到尺子对应的时间值那里

你好，移动时间轴后，需要进行回放视频，现在时间轴只有滑动变化的事件，能不能加一个开始滑动和滑动结束的事件，我在开始滑动的时候停止回放，滑动结束的时候开始播放。现在是只要滑动就处罚，没法停止和播放
