Bugfix release

This build fixes a bug on horizontal "spike roller" rendering.

Also, this is built with 2.3.2 release of wasm4 and with wasm-opt optimization.

Just run micro-quest.html below, or run the wasm cart using w4 run micro-quest.wasm.
