2nd, Click "Download ZIP"
3rd, Go To Your files and open the ZIP:
4th, Copy the folder within the ZIP:
5th, Paste the folder into your download folder.
6th, Go To chrome://extensions/
7th, turn on developer mode and then press "load unpacked"
8th, Choose The Folder You Pasted Previously
9th, you are done:]

Please Take Note:
If you delete the folder that contains the extention files, the extention will no longer work.
